What do the kids say nowadays… work hard, play hard?! 💃🏼✨

Because that pretty much sums up a wedding day around here!

When you hire for your wedding or event, I’m ready to show up and show out for you! I’m keeping an eye on the timeline, making sure vendors are where they need to be, fluffing dresses, fixing boutonnières, cueing the music, and keeping the entire day flowing smoothly from start to finish.

But here’s the thing… weddings (and events) are meant to be joyful! 🙌🏼

Yes, planners and coordinators can get caught up in the details, the timelines, and making sure everything is absolutely perfect (because that’s literally our job). But sometimes the best thing we can do is take a breath, soak it in, and celebrate right alongside you.

So if you see me dancing for a second during the reception or laughing with your guests… just know it’s because I truly love what I do and the magic of wedding days never gets old.

I’ll work hard for you all day long… but I’ll also make sure we have a little fun along the way. 🥂

We’re growing our weddings & events team! ✨🤍

If you’ve ever been interested in working in the wedding/event industry and want a real behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to bring events to life, this is your opportunity to get involved!

Who we’re looking for:
- Passion for weddings, events, and creating memorable experiences
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team focused environment
- Reliable and dependable
- Available weekends & evenings

Age requirements:
• Event Assistants must be 18+
• Lead Coordinators must be 25+

Preferred experience or skills (not required):
- Event planning or coordination experience
- Hospitality or customer service background
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve and stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable being on your feet during long event days

No previous planning or coordination experience is required… just a strong work ethic and excitement to be part of incredible celebrations!

Being a planner is a giving career choice. You choose to give your clients as much as you can in an effort to make their dream a reality. Taking a thought and vision they have and make it a reality. Some of my favorite events so far are ones that I have the opportunity to sponsor.

Huge thank you to our stacked vendor team. 20+ companies came together. Without each company, last night wouldn’t have been possible. More than 20 companies that value community over competition. We all practice the belief that everyone in the room can win.

The Vow 2026 party gave me the opportunity to make my clients dream come true and in doing that I also got to give thanks to hundreds of Wichita wedding vendors. This community is very near to my heart. The amount of people that support my companies and always show up doing their best work is immeasurable. So much positivity and love in those rooms last night. Wish we could run it back. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you all. I am so blessed to be here!!!!

This fall I had to opportunity to do two weddings in one day and run point for half of both. Each couple had me for half of their day and a lead for the other half. It was AMAZING! Excited for this opportunity in the future!

Being a Wedding Cordinator or Planner is easily the most amazing job if you really love it. People invite you into their home into their most sacred spaces. They ask you to be part of their family for the most important day of their lives. It’s nothing to s***f at. It’s extremely important. It can never be taken lately.

This last weekend I was given the honor of traveling to Indiana to witness two people that truly love each other exactly the way they are. I was also given the opportunity to watch them be with their families on family land. I share this sentiment of a special place in my own family. And the sentiment was never lost on me. When you show up in places like this, family land, that’s meant to be given to generations, there is magic built in the ground. You can feel it the second you show up.

As a coordinator and even as a planner, you are there to give your client their dream. When you’re brought into a sacred place like this one it’s so much more than just a wedding. It’s the movement of the Lord bringing these two people together. It’s the union of two families coming together, two people, parent’s children promising each other forever together.It’s indescribably so perfect. Everything is how it’s supposed to be. And such a blessing ,I’m so grateful.
