Last evening Rogue Chef Wichita had the pleasure of providing a four course dinner for a birthday celebration. Courses included an appetizer of chicken satay with peanut sauce, salad course of a wedge Caesar salad, main course of Salmon with an avocado crème sauce on a bed of mixed rice pilaf and a side of lemon dill green beans, desert was a German chocolate cake with raspberry filling.
