Hi all!
John has decided it is time to retire from this awesome business he has grown over the past 8 years. Unfortunately, and with very little notice, Bistro Express was asked to vacate our large kitchen at The Forum. The governing board of the Kemp Center for the arts has decided to discontinue offering the kitchen full-time, as part of their plan to economize. As a busy catering company, we simply don't have time to regroup in 30 days and continue full operations.
Rather than go through the extremely difficult process of trying to find another space, it is time to retire and move on.

We will be selling our home and leaving Wichita Falls at the end of the Summer and relocating to the metroplex, where we will spend our time traveling, visiting kids and grandkids, and enjoying some well-deserved and much-needed time off.

It has been an amazing adventure that was full of ups and downs, but looking back, I think we gave it our all and tried our best, through our businesses, to make Wichita Falls a more unique and beautiful place for all. We want to thank you, our faithful costumers who have stuck by us all these years and trusted us with your catering needs. We hope, in some way, we will be remembered here, as we will never forget our amazing clients and customers.

Meals to Go will be discontinued after this evening, but our last official day of operation will be May 15. Beyond that, John will honor any existing scheduled caterings/contracts for the remainder of the summer, using a smaller commercial kitchen that has been temporarily made available to us so that we can finish out our jobs without and cancelations.
