WE ARE HIRING!! — Experienced Floral Designer Only 🌸
We’re looking for the right person to join our hardworking team — not someone just “wanting to play with flowers.” This is a serious, fast-paced job that requires skill, stamina, and dedication.
Here’s what we need:
✅ Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license
✅ Legitimate floral design experience (resume/portfolio REQUIRED — applications without will not be considered)
✅ Solid knowledge of flowers and flower shop upkeep
✅ Ability to lift and carry heavy 5-gallon buckets throughout the day
👉 What the job really looks like:
• Processing a large volume of flowers daily
• Hauling product in and out of our three walk-in coolers
• Our driver makses 20–50 deliveries a day, so you can get an idea of how many bouquets we make.
• Cleaning buckets, coolers, sweeping piles of trash, dumping buckets, etc.
• Working quickly under pressure while still maintaining design quality
To be blunt, we are not looking for hobbyists or someone who “always dreamed of being a florist.” Half the job is physical work, and the other half is keeping up with the pace while delivering excellent customer service and solid design skills.
