We have been renovating during the entire 5 yrs we have been open. It is what we do during our downtime.

Please rest assured, If you have an event coming up this year. . .There will be no construction present or equipment left out during your event. We always make sure we clean everything up and put it away before an event and bring it all back out during our downtime. Thank you!

Today we are honored to recognize Arcelia Ayala-Blankenship, owner of Crimson Cake Company.

Arcelia started her business almost 16 years ago, and for the first 13 years she baked cakes out of her home. She has always had a love for cooking and baking, and she always dreamed of having an actual bakery one day. ❤️

About 3 1/2 years ago, she had the opportunity to move into a storefront inside the Duncan Tower. Since then, her business has continued to grow. What started with custom cakes has now expanded to also include catering, and Crimson Cake Company now serves lunch four days a week. 🎂🍽️

Arcelia works side-by-side with her husband, Brent, every day at Crimson, and getting to serve the Duncan community is their favorite part of this business.

Her story is a beautiful example of hard work, dedication, and holding on to a dream. We are so proud to recognize Arcelia Ayala-Blankenship and Crimson Cake Company on our Hispanic Heritage Wall of Fame. 🌟

Today we celebrate Arcelia and all that she has built. ¡Felicidades! ❤️👏🏼👏🏼
