We have been getting several information requests regarding our billing policy, so here's the standard event policy.

$300 retainer to reserve the date of the event which comes off your final bill. We do this to secure the date.

50% payment of the total catering fee due no later than 3 weeks prior to the event

Balance of total catering fee due on the day of the event PRIOR to serving at the event.

Yes, the retainer is included in the total catering fee and comes off the final bill.

Obviously short notice events (funerals) and such are handled differently.

If the client changes dates we will do our best to work with you but once again the retainer is to secure the date.

It’s that time of year again!! We are honored to be a part of this amazing fundraiser for the Cheboygan County Firefighters Association.
