✨ Important Update to Our Security Policy ✨

At Oak Crossing Event Center, we are always listening to your feedback to create the best experience possible. After careful consideration, we’ve made some important updates to our security policy to better meet your needs.

Here’s what’s new:

➡️ Weekday Events (Mon-Thurs):

If your event has fewer than 150 guests, security will not be required.
For events with 150 guests or more, security is required.
➡️ Weekend Events (Fri-Sun):

If your event has fewer than 100 guests, security will not be required.
For events with 100 guests or more, security is required.
🍾 Please note: If alcohol is served at your event, security will be required regardless of the guest count.

We’ve made these changes to ensure that your event runs smoothly and safely while giving you more flexibility in planning. Thank you for your trust in Oak Crossing Event Center! We’re here to help make every event seamless and secure.

You have spoken, and we listened!! Oak Crossing Event Center has updated our name to better reflect who we are. We have removed "Jasper" from our name in order to eliminate confusion about our location. Our new logo reflects this change, and we can’t wait to continue hosting beautiful events.
