Remember that time everyone was upset with T Swift and Ticketmaster....? We kinda feel that today.

Pre-sale code: 100% on us for the typo. We do apologize for that and thank everyone for their patience as we sent out the new code.

Ticket platform: we completely understand the frustration, we experienced it first hand as well. We have reached out and asked to be upgraded from Universe to Ticketmaster but were told our volume is too low. We will continue to submit tickets to improve the experience on the site.

Tips for pre-sale:
1. You do have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the ticket options to enter your code.
2. Onsite parking is an "add on"
3. If you hit the payment processing screen and it continues to cycle- do not refresh. Check your email to ensure that you received your tickets before exiting out.

Again, we are sorry for all the speed bumps today. We attempted to address all of the emails, DMs, and comments. We most likely missed a few people.
