Such a privilege to begin preparations here at Glen Oaks as we look forward to catering Oakland Thrive’s Golf Outing on August 14 for 120-144 guests.

I thank you Mrs. Bauer for your love, support, guidance, and direction you have provided over the past two years. You have been one of our great blessings with all your knowledge and wisdom within the Hospitality Business.

Today was the “work” before the “work”… Visiting the venue Meeting with the Host and Venue Owner Surveying the prep space and service areas Understanding the vision, expectations, and scope of service Confirming guest counts Establishing timelines Solidifying Menus
