We want to begin by making one thing very clear: Ohio Valley Foamz is not closing! We are continuing to operate and serve our customers as usual.
After a lot of thought, we have decided to explore the possibility of selling Ohio Valley Foamz—but only if we find the right buyer and the right fit.
Over the past four years, we have built a recognizable local brand with a strong customer base that includes schools, churches, festivals, community organizations and families throughout the Ohio Valley. The business has continued to grow each year, and we are incredibly proud of everything we have built.
We have future goals and several different possibilities we are considering. Exploring whether the right person may be interested in continuing what we have built is simply the starting point. No final decisions have been made.
This would be offered as a complete, turnkey foam-party business and would include:
🫧 Two Large FoamDaddy cannons
🫧 One FoamDaddy HD Pro Stacker
🫧 All necessary hoses, cords and foam-party equipment
🫧 The established Ohio Valley Foamz name and branding
🫧 Social-media presence and past-customer information
🫧 Training to help the new owner get started
Our customers typically begin booking in February, making this an excellent opportunity for the right person to take over before the 2027 season begins.
Again, we are not closing, and nothing is changing at this time. We are simply exploring our options and looking for the right person who could continue growing Ohio Valley Foamz. If the right fit does not come along, we will continue operating as usual.
