BigDog Photography The beauty of nature abounds not only here in West Virginia but in all of God's creation and it is my desire to bring it to you.

While it will never be claimed that we are the big dog of the photography world it can never be denied that big dogs have long been an important part of our lives…and it is because of their love and devotion that we have chosen to name this enterprise in their honor.

There is an old saying that goes…“The surface won't tell you, what the deep water knows.” I have always loved the wild waters…turbulent, chaotic, frenzied…but of recent my tastes, as well as my thoughts, have turned to something slower, more composed as I cling to another adage…”still waters run deep.” I guess that is how it is with growing older. Our bodies slow, our energy lessens, and we watch this hectic world go by with more contemplation, more rumination, and maybe more discernment then we once did...but I guess that is just the reflection this tower of aging we sit upon gives us. ~ pp
