After over a decade of photography-via-screens, I’m finally exploring the printed medium. My first photobook is available on my website, and it documents fifteen years of exploring old, abandoned, less-traveled places. I worked hard on this: I fought with Adobe InDesign on the regular, made many test prints, and trudged over some very questionable flooring to take these photos. What a difference this makes from early this year. No more surrounding buildings, and these probably aren’t long for the world. It’s still hard to believe how complex these places are; looks like something out of a Bladerunner set.
