Ok so the last time I made hoagies for collingswoodporchfest it was a big success…until my joy for the day took over and I just started throwing them to people, gratis, w***y nilly.

It was fun and you guys appreciated it but DAMN, ya girls got bills today, I can’t be out here making it rain hoagies.

In order to keep myself in check, we’ll be doing a preorder sitch with pickup on Saturday morning at the Collingswood Farmers' Market .

I made this hot and sour with my chicken bone broth, eggs, and julienned chicken because god forbid the protein police find out I’m not eating 3,000 grams of protein a day (jk, jk but holy cow are we as a people eating a lot of protein right now). Those mushrooms and bamboo shoots gave me a lil kick of fiber, and the rice noodles gave me an extra kick of joy (also: carbs are not your enemy, my friends!).

So I guess what I’m saying is while the quality of this video was a 2/10, the soup was a 10/10.

Eat for fuel, eat for joy, eat for learning and expanding, and tell all the food gatekeepers to p**s off (wish I was a Brit so that flowed more naturally but YOU FEEL ME).
