Not directed towards any spot in particular- just my personal food trend rant of the moment. I’m lookin at some of these gorgeous vids and pictures going, “ya doin’ too muuuuch, cuz!”

I know I’m probably in the minority though - I guess there’s a reason I named the biz “Semplice”. If you love a shaved ribeye with a cutlet topped with prosciutto and penne vodka finished with fries on top, go with god and enjoy, babe. Sincerely!

We had the best time earlier this week providing breakfast, lunch and dinner at for the touring members of Haley Williams and Water From Your Eyes, as well as the very fine people at Franklin Music Hall who make is just a swell place to go see live music. Great people from top to bottom! Work is pleasant when the workplace is pleasant.

Pet usual, my own food photography is at zero percent but just trust all was well I guess? Also for your enjoyment, my A24 Easter headshot.

April Aperitivo 🌿

A night to celebrate spring—and give back to an organization that has done so much for our surrounding communities.

On April 3rd, we’re serving a menu full of bright, fresh flavors while donating 100% of profits to Cooper River Indivisible, a South Jersey grassroots organization doing vital community work.

Anthony will be out back firing up spring-inspired pizzas, and I’ll be up front cooking and enjoying everyone’s company on what is undoubtedly my favorite night of the month!

Good food. Good people. Community purpose.

Our guest chef, Dorian Levecchia is joining us with a menu that is soulful, vibrant, and so beautifully him. It’s comforting, exciting, and meant to be shared.
