Last night we had the pleasure of working with and supporting the Sykesville Raiders Football & Cheer at their annual Bull Roast! 🏈📣🔥

Supporting local organizations that raise money for youth sports and give back to our community is a huge part of what we are built on. We’re always grateful for the opportunity to serve great food while supporting a great cause!

Congratulations to the Bennetts on their beautiful wedding!! 🥂❤️💍

While half of our team was busy at the fair serving up sandwiches, sundaes, and sides, the other half was preparing a completely different spread—charcuterie, smoked prime rib,a DONUT wedding cake, and much more! 🍩🔥🦪

From fair food to wedding cuisine, it was another busy weekend doing what we love! We’re so thankful the Bennetts trusted us to be a part of such a special day.

We are Looking forward to being back at this beautiful venue this up coming weekend!

What another AMAZING week at the Carroll County 4-H & FFA Fair

We can’t thank everyone enough for coming out and supporting our small business, which in turn allows us to give back and support the incredible youth of the Carroll County 4-H program!

It’s a long 9 days, but we wouldn’t trade it for anything. We loved catching up with old friends, meeting new ones, and making some great memories along the way. We’re already looking forward to next year!

A HUGE thank you to our PitCrew! From setting up over 13 days ago to finally tearing everything down this morning: the long days, late nights, early mornings, patience, and endless hours of hard work never go unnoticed. We truly couldn’t do what we do without you!

And a special shoutout to all of our partners — we appreciate each and every one of you! Just to name a few who have been so great to work with, not only this week but year around!

What an incredible week it’s been here at the Carroll County 4-H & FFA Fair

We can’t thank everyone enough who came out to support the amazing young men and women of the 4-H & FFA programs while stopping by our stand for a meal. Your support means the world to both us and this great community!

But we’re not done yet! We’ll be back today from 3:30 p.m. until close with our full menu for the Demo Derby. Before the derby, Payload will be playing live to kick off a fun evening at the Ag Center.

Good morning from the final official day of the Carroll County 4-H & FFA Fair🎡🔥

We’re looking forward to another great day serving up all your PitCrew favorites!

It’s shaping up to be another wonderful day here at the Carroll County 4-H & FFA Fair☀️🎡

We’ll have our full menu all day, along with our homemade crab cakes from our friends at J & T Seafood Inc 🦀

After being such a huge hit on Tuesday, we’re bringing it back for another round today!

We’ll also have a limited amount of smoked brisket available this evening, so be sure to grab it while it lasts!

Come on out, say hi, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy everything the fair has to offer—from the Steer Show to the Motocross this evening. We can’t wait to see everyone at the fair! 🐄🏍️
