Wow, what a weekend!!
In just 72 hours we pulled off 7 events, served over 1,050 meals, and created 40 different dishes—everything from lasagna and large charcuterie spreads to prime rib, shrimp & grits, oysters, steamed crabs, and all our staple meats and sides (not to mention all the drinks, bar service, and desserts!).

I can’t thank everyone enough for trusting us to be part of your amazing events—whether it’s celebrating life’s biggest days or raising money for so many worthy causes, we’re honored to play a role.

A huge shoutout to my team for stepping up and absolutely crushing it all weekend long—you all are the best, and I’m beyond grateful.

With one more full weekend of private events ahead, we’ll then be shifting into full-on Fall Fest mode! 🍂 From New Windsor to Thurmont to Ocean City, you’ll be able to grab your favorite pit sandwich, sides, or of course that almost-famous pulled pork sundae!
