Whats been coolest about this dedicated weekly training group is that we've been able to train consistently, and grow together.

Last nights session, while still far from perfect, was one of the first times where everyone had a voice. Articulating perspective, ideas, insightful questions on not only if something is faster, but is it better?

It's a slow burn, but super rewarding- not just fir the individual, but the whole. Accountability leads to growth. Its not personal, punitive, or toxic - it's the fastest way to get better.

Lots to do before Orion Training Group ® gets up here in the spring!
