Happy birthday to my favorite place The Wheel House ❗️

A few years ago I thought I was being buried, but really I WAS BEING PLANTED. Hard times pushed me to get out of my comfort zone and create the life of my dreams.

6 years of sprints, taps, squats + planks, 5 Best of the Hudson Valley wins and 2 expansions. All because of the amazing community of people who stand behind me and the incredible group of instructors [past + present] who stand beside me. YOU keep the HOUSE rocking and for that, I am forever grateful and thankful. Here’s to many more years and workouts together. 🥂🎉
