PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION for
Evghenia Berzan, KW Real Estate Consultant

Wow! What a surprise I found at the door of my house today!

… Lately I didn’t post much about my real estate life, only because there was so much going on, that posting about listed, under contract and closed units wasn’t my focus for year 2022-2023. War in Ukraine, our help to refugees, Moldovan-American Convention, growing local Russian-speaking women community, and developing the realtors networks on state and national level were my main focus on Social Media…

But, behind the scenes of all this, I continued working full time as the realtor!

My clients trusted me to make their real estate goals come true, my Keller Williams colleagues continued sharing their knowledge and professional secrets so that even in this toughest market we’d win the bidding wars, my brokerage leadership kept being inspiring and supportive, my mentees asked for advise and guidance, and somehow, all together it ended up being a productive year!

Grateful for this professional recognition!

After a long family-related break, I am coming back to my passion - promoting the culture and traditions of my home country - Republic of Moldova.

Today I am presenting a talented painter ECATERINA VORONA who extended her color-intense paintings from canvases to the streets of Chisinau and to the cups, plates and china sets that you can even order as a special present for those who want to introduce moldovan folclore motiffs into their morning tea or coffee routines. I can't wait to meet Ecaterina in Chisinau this summer and choose my special tea set!

Here is an example of a beautiful collaboration between a famous Moldovan wine maker (Purcari Wines) and seven Moldovan painters who presented their visual concept for the label of new Freedom Blend wine.

We love the symbolic expression of Irina Kara (participant of several exhibitions organized in US by Noroc Events & Promotions)

What label would you choose for a taste of freedom in Purcari's extraordinary blend of Rară Neagră, Saperavi & Bastardo?

Moldovan director Igor Cobileanski’s feature debut captures the dead ends of a youth generation growing up in a place lacking prospects for a better life.
