Assistant General Manager | Prime 47 Carmel
Jacob has been part of the team for nearly 6 years, starting in the industry as a line cook in high school before transitioning to front of house and eventually management.
He helped train and open Mo’s Greenwood before returning to Prime 47 Carmel as Assistant General Manager.
Behind the scenes, Jacob is always focused on elevating the guest experience — from planning events to refining service and creating memorable moments for every guest.
His goal for every table:
To make guests feel truly cherished — like they were the only ones in the room.
