We’re kicking off a new series called NOT ON THE MENU, featuring employee-inspired creations made by mixing and matching whatever we’ve got cooking in the J.Bone’s kitchen. These are the meals our staff dreams up for themselves, and now we’re putting their favorites on special for you to try!

First up: THE HANNAH!

A warm piece of our cornbread piled high with brisket burnt ends, extra burnt end sauce, and topped with our housemade crispy fried onions.
