This Cambridge team told us they didn’t want a traditional canvas painting, so we brought our Wood Sign Workshop to their office!
From custom stencils to finished office-ready signs, everyone got to pick their own design and make it their own. No art skills needed, just good vibes and a little friendly competition.
We handle full setup, cleanup, and all the supplies — you just bring the team.

I didn’t start this studio when it was convenient.
I started it when I was scared. When it would have been easier to stay stuck.
Everyone thinks change needs a perfect plan.
It doesn’t. It needs one messy, brave first step.

Fall is officially here and I am obsessed with this pumpkin flower bouquet! 🎃💜
This is one of my favorite beginner tricks — those purple flowers are just swirl dots. No drawing, no stress.
Here is how:
1. Orange pumpkin with little curved lines
2. Purple swirls for roses
3. Tiny yellow daisies with a brown center
4. Blue leaves to fill all the gaps
Takes 5 minutes and looks so cute on a card, tote bag, or canvas.

When my mom passed away, something inside me fundamentally shifted.
I just could not do the corporate job anymore. 7am to 9pm, come home completely exhausted and not able to be present for my then 5 year old.
You’ve seen Layla in so many of my videos and you know how close we are. I wanted to actually BE there for her.
Grief has a way of making you re-evaluate everything. For me, it was the moment I realized I couldn’t go back to the old life. That loss is what eventually pushed me to build Canvas N Cup — a place where I could create, be present for my daughter, and bring people together.
If you’re going through loss right now and you feel like you can’t do things the way you used to, you’re not alone. Sometimes that breaking point is where a completely new life begins.
