Chef Du Jour Catering Chef Du Jour Catering is a custom catering service owned and operated by local resident John Ayotte.

Since its opening in 1993, it has offered specialties such as pig roasts, lobster bakes, chicken BBQs, waffle and omelet stations. The company caters for a wide variety of events including showers, funerals and weddings. Chef Du Jour will help to customize an event menu in addition to working with local bakeries.
