Honoured to be featured by New in Setúbal and to share a little more of my journey. 🇨🇦🇵🇹

From Toronto and a career spanning entertainment, events, marketing and hospitality, to building Soul e Sabor here in Setúbal — a few chapters of the story behind the brand.

Grateful for the journey and excited for what’s ahead.

Pure energy, rich connection, and endless good times around the table.

Today’s harvest gathering was everything I envisioned when creating these experiences—bringing wonderful people together over fantastic regional w**e, abundant spreads, and non-stop laughter.
Thank you to every single guest who brought such incredible warmth to today’s celebration.
