Meet our Executive Chef Mikey. Mikey is one of our incredibly talented chef's behind the scenes at Elizabeth’s Catering 👨‍🍳🔥

When asked why he choose the path of culinary he said “I didn’t have enough confidence in myself to become a doctor, so I got into food. After a few months, I became VERY curious about how the people around me made food so good. I needed to understand the how’s and why’s behind the science.”

With 20 years of cooking experience and earning “Chef” status after 15 years of dedication, passion, and growth, Mikey's journey is rooted in both learning and service.

“Service is a love language of mine, and people need to eat. Over time, I found my love and passion through cooking and acts of service.”

And when asked their favorite part about Elizabeth’s Catering?

“The slowly developing culture. Once it fully matures, ain’t nothing we can’t do.”
