Diamond Creations Diamond Creations is a premier food service company headquartered in West Valley City, Utah. We have the capacity to serve parties of 50 to parties of 500!

We provide exceptional food and beverage service for individuals, companies, facilities and events from east coast to west coast Diamond Creations has long been a leader in the food and beverage industry. Currently, we operate both a concessions branch as well as a catering branch out of our headquarters in West Valley City, UT. Locally, we are the exclusive concessionaire for The Maverik Center and 20,000 seat Usana Amphitheatre. We do, however, provide concessionaire services to nearly a dozen other sport and concert venues across the United States. In addition, we also provide concessions services to air shows, rodeos and festivals. Our catering department, which operates primary out of West Valley City, UT, has been widley recognized for providing outstanding culinary experiences coupled with quality personal servie and attention to detail. We specialize in providing full catering services, event planning and luxury suite services.
