Glad to run into my old tenant John! Who says landlords (ex landlord now) & tenants can’t get along? I would prob be working for him some day, but he’s so young I’ll hopefully be retired when he is one of Bostons most powerful people! I’ll make him buy him the drinks then lol!

Congrats to 2025 Rising Star 💫 on signing her recording deal!!!! 🎶

We always like to think 🤔 is a good luck charm based on our history of great things happening after the fest, but in this and all cases, people like have the dream AND the drive.

We knew she was great performer from her videos so we asked her to be a Rising Star at the festival, but once we started following her closer after she accepted, we knew it was only a matter of time for her star to rise quickly by her work ethic. She was writing ✍️ songs every day in with great co-writers, some artists just want to be on the stage, but in , it’s the dedication you need offstage to succeed which has! Congrats!! 🍾🎈🎉
