As a Chief I struggle trying to find different ways to make sure my crew has a perfect balanced lifestyle. I am constantly pulling them away from their families . Running calls, Training, working at the station, pushing them to stay in shape. My job is to find ways to help them do as much of this as I can, most of the time with very little resources. BIG step today thanks to VFIS awarding TVFD with the 2024 Heath & Wellness grant.
TVFD will now have our own on site workout facility.
