With just ONE week to go until the first Jammin' on the Point Concert with The Ben Phelps Project on Friday, May 2nd, we are enjoying some memories from the 2024 Jammin' on the Point Concert season.

Mark your calendars for the first Friday of every month from May to September, to join us at the West Point Town Park in Downtown West Point between 9th and 8th Streets from 6:30 - 9:30 pm.

🎶 The Countdown Begins! 🎶

We’re officially two weeks away from the kickoff of our Summer Concert Series — and we’re starting the season with a bang!

🎸 Opening Night Featuring:
🌟 Ben Phelps Project

Come out for an evening of live music, great vibes, and community fun as we launch an exciting summer of concerts. Don’t forget your lawn chairs and blankets!

With May right around the corner, here is the Jammin' on the Point concert line up! We are still finalizing the band for June, but those details should be wrapped up soon.

On Friday we welcomed the Sound Waves Band for our September concert with a big crowd! Thank you all who came out, supported the West Point Baseball team, the band, and the West Point Chamber of Commerce. We look forward to welcoming everybody back for our last concert of the year in October with Kaboombox on October 4th.

Way to go West Point. Tonight we raised $1,237 to benefit our Pointer's Baseball Team. With your support they are going to spruce up center field and get some much needed equipment. We would like to thank our volunteers that made this happen; Samantha and Brent Bohannon, Aja-Christine and Dion Berkley, Joel Mooney, Eric and Resa Reid, Jeff Cole, Kahealani Fujimoto, Johnny and Nicole Sweetin and LA (He's like Madonna or Cher, no last name needed). If you are interested in volunteering for an event, please give the Chamber a shout.

The WPHS Baseball team will be serving All Beef Hotdogs, French Fries, Cracker Jacks and Popcorn. The food will be donated by Bohannon Legal, so 100% of the sales will go to the team to help purchase new equipment. The team will also be selling old jerseys, so any former players or parents who want to get a piece of their old playing days should get there early. This is part of the West Point Chamber of Commerce's new initiative to help fundraise for our local non-profits and school related activities. Let's make it a good one folks.

The WP Baseball team is doing their fundraiser next Jammin. They are selling hot dogs and fries and some other tasty surprises. Let’s show up and support our ball players and have a great time doing it. See everyone Sept. 6.

We couldn’t have asked for a better night for a concert. Great weather, very few bugs, delicious food from The Blue Crab of WP and great tunes from Ben Phelps Project! We hope all those who joined us tonight had a great night and we hope you plan on joining us on Friday, September 6th for our next concert!

The weather this week is reminding me of the weather we had for the first Jammin' on the Point Concert in May - but just a bit warmer! It was warm during the day, and once the sun started setting, the temperature cooled off and you needed a jacket!

Gates open at 6 pm tomorrow! We are looking forward to seeing you at Town Park!
