Last Friday, we had the opportunity to help celebrate the grand opening of HB Work, a new work apparel store right here in West Plains!

We brought the balloons and debuted the newest addition to our Party Cart lineup… our Dirty Popcorn Bar! 🍿 Guests got to build their own popcorn creations with all kinds of fun toppings and drizzles, and I'd say it was a pretty fun way to break it in!

A HUGE thank you to the Stewarts for trusting Katie Lynn Co. to be part of such an exciting day for their business! We love getting to celebrate other local businesses and cheer them on!

Be sure to stop by and check out HB Work, and if you're looking for something a little different for your next event, our Dirty Popcorn Bar is officially available for booking! 🎉

Hi! I'm Kate, the girl behind Katie Lynn Co. 🎈
If you're the kind of mom who has 47 Pinterest screenshots saved for your kid's birthday but absolutely no idea how you're going to pull it all together… you're in the right place. 😂
What started as a little side hustle during maternity leave has grown into an event styling business serving Southern Missouri and Northern Arkansas!
From custom balloon installations and backdrops to bounce houses, party rentals, and all the little details that make a celebration feel special, we help bring those Pinterest boards to LIFE.
And because not every party needs a full-service setup, we also offer budget-friendly Grab & Go balloons you can order online and pick up locally!
Around here, you'll find real party inspiration, behind-the-scenes chaos, creative ideas, and plenty of ways to make your next celebration a little easier.
So if you've got a birthday, baby shower, wedding, or special event coming up, stick around! We'd love to help you celebrate. 🤍

Well, that's officially THREE weddings we've had the opportunity to plan and coordinate this year! 🤍💍
And somehow, TWO of those have been for my own employees! 🥹
I'm not sure if this officially makes me a wedding planner now, but I will say, there's something pretty special about having people who have worked alongside you, seen the behind-the-scenes chaos, and STILL trust you to pull off one of the biggest days of their lives. 😂
First Claire, and now our sweet Kylie!
The fact that these girls have trusted me with such an important day means more than they probably realize. They've both spent the last couple of years helping me bring other people's celebrations to life, so getting to turn around and do the same for them has been such a treat.
Kylie & Tucker's wedding was absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier for the two of them!
Now, whether or not I'm officially adding "wedding planner" to my résumé is still up for debate… but apparently, we do weddings now. 🤪🤍

Getting to use the gifts God gave me to spread a little joy (and a whole lot of balloons 🎈) will never be lost on me. 🤍
So thankful for opportunities like this to give back to our community and add a little extra pop of fun along the way. All glory to Him for allowing me to do something I love and use it to bless others. ✨

We had so much fun adding a few special touches to Kaye Jean’s 80th birthday celebration! The lace and gold color palette gave everything such a pretty, elegant feel.
We created a custom welcome sign, balloon décor over the fireplace mantel, and an 80 number stack for a fun little photo moment.
I love getting to be part of celebrations like this—because birthdays definitely aren’t just for the little ones. 😉
Thank you, Lori & Keegan, for trusting Katie Lynn Co. with such a special milestone!

What a weekend for our Zizzer community! ❤️🖤

When Tiffany reached out about decorating for the West Plains Education Foundation’s Zizzer Community Homecoming, I was honored to even be considered for an event centered around honoring the past while investing in the future.
We wanted to help make the celebration feel just as special as the purpose behind it, so we were able to stretch their décor investment a little further and add some extra from Katie Lynn Co. to really bring the space together. 🤍
From custom-topped balloon columns framing the stage, to a custom welcome sign with balloons and a full photo backdrop moment—there were so many fun Zizzer details throughout the event.
I’m incredibly thankful to Tiffany and the West Plains Education Foundation for trusting me with the creative freedom to bring it all to life. Getting to use what we do to pour a little extra into our own community will always be special. ❤️🖤🎈

Once a Zizzer, always a Zizzer!
