The Lady Zizzer Soccer Banquet got a bonus this year when they were able to reuse décor from the 2026 Academic Awards Ceremony held back on May 13th. By the time the banquet rolled around on May 28th, the balloons still looked good as new!
We built on the existing décor with a custom welcome sign and easel, an organic 2026 number stack, helium balloons for added height, and a pair of soccer-themed balloon clusters to tie everything together ⚽🤍
It was an honor working with Jessica to celebrate another successful season for these athletes. Thank you for trusting us to be a small part of the celebration! 🎉

Between event season, vacation, and life in general, I'm a little behind on sharing some of my favorite setups from May.
These custom centerpieces were such a fun one—not only do they decorate the tables, but they double as photo props throughout the event 📸

We traded the Florida heat for a Missouri heat advisory and jumped right back into event season with a classic spiral balloon arch for the Grand Opening of the new Ozarks Healthcare Clinic in Willow Springs 🎈☀️😅
It was an honor to be a small part of such an exciting day for the community and help celebrate this milestone.
I may not have worked for Ozarks Healthcare, but based on the number of times people stopped to ask me where they needed to line up for the Build-A-Bear, I apparently looked like I knew what was going on 😅😂

We're taking a few days to enjoy some family time at the beach!
I'm still checking messages, inquiries, and quote requests, but responses may be a little slower than usual this week.
The unpaid intern has traded bounce house deliveries for hauling beach wagons, chairs, coolers, toys, and enough snacks to feed a small army. Turns out beach setups aren't much easier than our normal weekend event setups. 😅

Thanks for your patience while we enjoy some sunshine and make a few memories of our own. 🌊🏖️

Event day me and regular me are honestly two different people 😅🎈
The unpaid intern deserves a medal for surviving the chaos, carrying heavy things, listening to my “creative visions” unfold in real time, and tolerating my less-than-sunshine personality once install stress kicks in 😂

Wishing a very BIG congratulations to our sweet Claire on her engagement💍✨

If you’ve ordered a hand-painted banner from us, chances are Claire is the talent behind the paintbrush. She’s also the event assistant who helps me survive busy install weekends, last-minute chaos, and all the behind-the-scenes moments that make Katie Lynn Co. what it is 🎈
We are so incredibly excited for her and this sweet new season of life… even if I’m already trying not to think about the fact that she’s getting married in August and moving away shortly after 😅😭

….if anyone needs me, I’ll just be over here pretending I’m totally fine and definitely not emotionally preparing to lose one of my right-hand girls at the end of summer 🤍
