Week 4 and week 5 CSA bouquets! Late July and August is when the flowers really start coming on. It’s also very sweaty, plus lots of bugs and weeds that just won’t quit and critters that eat your flowers but…it’s still real pretty.

Lucky to have flower friends like Kira's Flowers and Black Sheep Flower Farm downstate & Pansies Pottery in Chicago to supplement me with some bright blooms for week 5 🌼

It’s been a minute, eh? I took a break from social media and I’m back but definitely still limiting my time. But good news, the flowers are still growing. Signs of life include: lisianthus plugs that will get planted soon, and bupleurum from last year that re-seeded itself. Just a couple months until real flowers, people! 💐🌻

It’s that time again! Flower Club subscriptions for 2026 are now live! Treat yourself or a loved one to weekly or bi-weekly bouquets starting in June or July 2026. These make a great Christmas gift for the flower lover in your life! Flowers will include strawflowers (duh), sunflowers, lisianthus, snapdragons, celosia, zinnias, marigolds, and more!!!
