Cooking saved Me!

Becoming a Chef built my confidence.

Owning a business taught me to never give up and forced to be creative.

Covid taught me to trust my instincts. Don’t listen to the fear.

I can’t imagine who I would be if I had never stepped into this wonderful world of hospitality.

This industry took a scared & shy
20 yr old girl and taught her discipline and gave her a purpose.
