Friends, it is with a heavy yet very full heart that I announce that I will no longer be planning weddings through Timeless Wedding Designs. These past seven years have been some of the most beautiful years of my life as I took part in so many love stories and made so many happily ever afters come true. As I start this next chapter in my life, I will continue working in the wedding industry from a different angle and am excited to be moving back to Central Florida. If you are interested in continuing to follow me on my journey through life, please feel free to follow me on and don’t be shy about reaching out. Yesterday was Best Friends’ Day and I cant think of a better photo to sum that up than this one from Lynn and Marty’s Singer Island wedding! 🥂

Tara had big plans to bring the wedding party to a nearby park for their pictures... But it started raining, as it tends to do in the afternoons in Florida. With some quick thinking, she was able to find this spot with perfect lighting that both kept the wedding party dry and the fun times going! That is one of my favorite parts of Hilton Singer Island - so many possibilities!

I always request a veil photo from the bride and groom if the bride chooses to wear a veil because they always turn out so delicate and romantic. It's almost like the bride and groom are in their own little fairytale world, alone for a moment on what tends to be a very busy but important day.

Kim and Phil’s wedding is officially on our blog 🙌🏼 Their destination beach wedding was so much fun to plan and I am so happy our team got to be a part of their big day.

Kim and Phil are from Kansas, and the day they were supposed to fly into West Palm Beach was the day that Kansas was hit by the snow blizzard. I was frantically watching the news and flight schedules, worried about how they would get to Florida if their flight was cancelled... Meanwhile, these two were relaxing at an airport bar, knowing everything would be fine. I guess sometimes the planners are the ones who need to relax!

Hey there! I’m Mandy, the vision, heart, and creative drive behind Timeless Wedding Designs! When I rebranded the company last month, I thought to myself, “Oh my goodness gracious, my headshots are so old... I don’t even know if I look like that anymore!” Probably so! ...or at least hopefully so!

I realize it’s been awhile since you guys have seen my face on Instagram! I need to get new photos done but I’m definitely the kind of person to overthink these things and then get awkward in front of the camera, sooo maybe I’ll just do them on a whim soon!
