Love Across the Miles

Jessica hated that her fiancé, David, was stuck across the country for work on Valentine’s Day. She scrolled through the Camile’s Flowers website until a heart-shaped bouquet of roses caught her eye. She paired it with a note that read, “Even when you’re far away, my heart is with you.” The bouquet arrived at David’s hotel just before his big meeting. “He called me right away, grinning ear to ear,” Jessica shared with us.“He said it was like I sent him a little piece of home.”

Ethan was nervous as he placed his order at Camile’s Flowers. He didn’t just want a bouquet—he wanted the perfect setup for a life-changing moment. With the team’s help, he hid a small velvet ring box inside an arrangement of radiant red roses. When Sarah unwrapped her delivery that Valentine’s morning, she couldn’t believe her eyes. “The flowers were so gorgeous, I almost didn’t notice the box at first,” she laughed. When she turned to find Ethan kneeling behind her, her tears said it all. “Thank you for helping me pull off the best day of my life,” Ethan told the team.

𝗦𝘁𝘆𝘅 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 • Please join us as the West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency hosts an open house event at the Styx Promenade in the Historic Northwest on October 21st from 11am-1 pm. The open house is for anyone interested in locating their business in the award-winning structures.

Attendees will taste delicious bites by current Styx Business Owner, Gregory Eaton with Eat'n Cakes, along with meeting other Styx Business owners (Camile's and A Better Way Home Care). Those interested will then meet with business resources focused on assisting their needs, learn the proposal process and what the CRA is looking for, and will also have the chance to tour the two properties with the CRA staff members.
