It’s been over 2 years since I prepared this gluttonous creation! I’m thinking of offering these sandwich packs again. Anyone game to reserve one if I do? Let me know so I can officially post up on the latest & greatest sandwich pack known to Pump Jack BBQ fans!

Build your own Pump Jack BBQ Sandwich creation with a Sandwich Kit. The sandwich kits bring 2 lb of assorted meat (1/2 lb ea of brisket, sliced short rib, pulled pork, sliced pork belly), a pack of buns, and a bottle of pump Jack bbq sauce. You can make 4x fat 1/2 lb sandwiches or 8x nice 1/4 lb sandwiches. It’s $60 total. Just add whichever cheese strikes your fancy (I’m partial to pepper jack), and stack away!
