Good evening Facebook friends! This past week was absolutely bananas! After the venerable paid me a surprise visit the weekend before, I received way more messages than I could even respond to, let alone take orders from & serve. We had a great weekend with the whole Pump Jack BBQ staff on hand, and many new folks came through to try out our craft creations. Thank you to all who showed up, hung out patiently while we slammed out orders, and especially to those who gave us feedback. Feedback is critical for me to gauge where I’m at on a continuous basis. With that said, to those who haven’t received a message from me yet, I promise that I’m not ignoring you. I will personally respond to each and every message that has come my way via FB messenger, IG messenger, FB Business page, text, and even email. I am working on setting up an ordering portal that will allow folks to reserve their orders without me having to reply immediately (as I still have a demanding day job) and even allow folks to notify us of their arrival to lock their place in line. Currently, I can only serve somewhere in the range of 40-50 customers per cook, but I will serve everyone who patiently waits for their order to make it onto one of my cook lists. Thanks again for everyone’s support over the years. We are working on some new projects to scale the process up while maintaining the quality & service everyone has come to expect from us over the years!
