While most pirates were violent and lawless robbers, invading ships and forcing submission on their targets, one pirate’s extreme cruelty separated him from the rest; Captain Edward Low, who left a nightmare of mutilations and mass murders in his wake, was the sociopath of pirates.

Order has been restored.

The Warden has reclaimed the asylum. Every patient has been accounted for. Every hallway is under constant surveillance. Misfit the infamous leader of the uprising has been transferred to a maximum-security psychiatric facility, locked away where she can never threaten the Cuckoo’s Nest again. Or so they believe. Patients begin vanishing from locked rooms without a trace. Security footage dissolves into static. Locked doors remain sealed from the inside. Staff members disappear during routine rounds, leaving behind only abandoned wheelchairs, bloodstained restraints, and unanswered questions.The Warden insists someone is orchestrating the escapes.

The surviving patients whisper a different story.

They claim something has returned to the asylum… something that was never a patient at all.

As fear spreads through every corridor and the line between reality and madness begins to disappear, one terrifying question remains:

If Misfit is locked away… who is setting the patients free?

This October, the Cuckoo’s Nest opens its doors one last time… and not everyone who enters will find their way back out.

Along a quiet stretch of Route 66, an innocent roadside town is ripped apart at the seams. A ruthless group of killers stormed in from the highway, leaving a trail of blood in their wake.

The police scramble as they seize control of the streets, turning everyday people into prey. Travelers pulling off the road expecting to find safe haven for the evening step into a living nightmare. With every step deeper into the chaos, the illusion of normal life collapses. The attackers aren’t hiding in the shadows; they are dominating the town, hunting and tormenting anyone unlucky enough to cross their path.

Somewhere between the gas pumps and the neon lights, the bodies are beginning to pile up. As the night spirals further and further out of control, the last shred of hope disappears. The roads are blocked, the town is surrounded and no one is coming to save them.
