I’m so glad I don’t look like what I’ve been through! 🙌🏽 God has kept me through the tears, the struggles, and the moments nobody knew about. Today, I’m celebrating my life, my growth, and the woman I’ve become.

I’m stepping into 40 with gratitude, wisdom, and a heart ready for everything God has in store for me. Still learning, still dreaming, and still making it happen! 💕

They’re intimidated—not because of how you look, not because you have more than them, and not because you have less.

They’re intimidated because, somehow, they recognize the light within you—and that light scares the hell out of them.

But that’s okay. Everyone cannot follow you into the light God has prepared for you.

Stand firm. Don’t worry about who you’re competing with or who thinks they’re competing with you. Don’t get distracted by the noise, who appears bigger, who receives the standing ovation, or who has the spotlight right now.

Your time is coming.

A word to my event planners and industry professionals:

If you paid for a service, you are not obligated to tag anyone if you choose not to. However, don’t expect vendors not to tag, post, or acknowledge the work they provided.

Now, if you personally reach out to a vendor asking for complimentary items or services, and that vendor agrees to help you, acknowledgment matters. If you receive something for free and then suddenly “forget” to tag, mention, or show appreciation for the vendor who supported you, please don’t circle the block expecting the same favor again.

Everybody gets one time with me.

Respect the people who pour into your vision, especially when they didn’t have to.
