Since I got a lot of good feedback on my last editing video, I thought it’d be a great idea to share more!

This time, it’s Arch Enemy from Welcome To Rockville 2025.
First, I go through the full set in Adobe Lightroom — picking my shots and doing all the core edits.
Once I export from there, I move into Adobe Photoshop for the final steps to craft the image for Instagram.

This reel is a sped-up peek at that process. Exposure, color, contrast, cleanup, composition — all step by step.

And just to be clear, I edit my photos by hand. I may use AI sometimes for small object removal, but the final creative work is still fully mine.

A lot of people see the finished photo. This is what happens before.

I had so much fun dusting off my After Effects skills for this one. It’s been years since I really used it, so I grabbed an old project from about 7 months ago from my shoot with Imminence and started bringing the stills to life.

Tried animating the layers, adding a bit of motion, and turning a single moment into something that feels more alive. Let me know how I did 👇
