Florida ranks DEAD LAST for renters in the US, according to a new Consumer Affairs study.

The numbers are staggering: • Median rent: $1,669 (8th highest nationally) • Typical renters spend 37.4% of income on rent (highest in US) • That's well above the recommended 30% benchmark

"Rent is just like squeezing consumers' pockets left and right," Dayna Edens with Consumer Affairs said.
