Three years ago, the NELA Teacher Symposium began with one simple idea from a newly retired teacher with a heart for educators and the unwavering encouragement of a powerhouse real estate developer. Two visionaries who refused to let "no" have the final word in creating meaningful experiential learning opportunities!

Today, that one idea has become a movement, impacting educators, students, and communities across Louisiana, MS, TX, AR, OR & FL!
