Shore Running Experience After more than a dozen years as a running camp at Monmouth University, we now provide first-class support to area races & fitness events.

Upcoming 2024 events: the Big Bang Mile (7/13); the Sheehan Classic 5K (8/10); the Monmouth Mile (8/29); the 9/11 Memorial 5K in Middletown (9/7); and the Jersey Shore Half Marathon and 2 Mile (9/29).

Happy Autumn 2025 everyone! Take a road trip with me to Autumn this year by running Cross Country! The Shore Athletic Club Adult 5K XC Series starts next Saturday, October 4th 9 AM at Big Brook Park. Keep in mind this series is open to all skill levels! Anyone can create/join a team or race as an individual. There are six races total: $50 (Season Ticket Holder) for all six or $10 per race. Season Ticket Holders benefit by getting a free race! Click on the link below to see the schedule, course locations, and Online Registration. Note that Online Registration is the only way to travel and WILL BE OPEN TILL RACE TIME! The Shore Running Experience will be providing support to 4 special events this summer:
1) The Elliott Denman NJ International Track & Field Meet on Sunday June 22 Monmouth University Athletics.
2) The Big Bang Mile on Saturday July 19 at Bell Works.
3) The Sheehan Classic 5K in City of Asbury Park on Saturday August 9; and
4) The Monmouth Mile sponsored by Diadora US on Thursday night August 28.
Registration is open now for all 4 - via athletic.net for The Elliott Denman Meet and via RunSignup for the other 3.
