Leila T's Catering FOUNDERS: Chef Coi and Chef Simone Leila T’s Catering Company is a small business that focuses on local, organic, and original cuisine.

They emphasize on the excitement of what food brings to the green and to the ripe. Chef Simone and Chef Coi newly fashioned a catering business to pay homage to their lovely Grandmother (Leila) and Aunt (“TT”), who directly paved the way to the careers they posses today. d has seen so many different phases in life throughout history. The best way to show their appreciation is to preserve its natural beauty. Fads are not meant to last so they put emphasis on what’s innate regionally and culturally in which they cherish and treasure. This company one day hopes to be an eatery where it feels like home from the time you walk in until you leave, a place that is a true experience of positive energy and good vibrations of life and love. Until then, a small few will know what it’s like to have food made by two passionate women who live food, love food, and value food. I seriously can’t believe how long it’s been since I’ve posted something! I’m down to very few clients because of covid so I’m home cooking fabulous meals for the family and the few clients hanging on!

Tonight’s meal: Smoked Pork Butt, Kosher Salt Sweet Potato Fries, Shaved Brussel Spout Salad with Smoked Sesame Vinaigrette and Fresh Figs for Dessert😋
