Another sell-out weekend. π
Every weekend I think, "Surely things will slow down a little."
And every week, this community surprises me.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by the farm stand, brought flowers home, shared a post, told a friend, or chose locally grown flowers for a special occasion. It means so much to me to see these flowers become part of your homes, celebrations, and everyday moments.
One of my favorite things about flower farming is that while one season is peaking, another is already on its way.
The ranunculus have been incredible this year, but now I'm starting to harvest the first puffy pink lily buds. The sunflower plants are growing taller, and the lisianthus are putting on size in the field. π±
Soon the bouquets will begin to change again -- new colors, new textures, and a whole new chapter of summer flowers.
For now, I'm feeling grateful, encouraged, and excited for what's ahead.
Thank you for helping this little farm grow. I can't wait to keep bringing beauty, joy and locally ground flowers to West Lafayette all summer long. πΈ
