Spring flowers are such an absolute dream. Multiple varieties of textural Tulips, Narcissus, & Ranunculus, moody Hellebore, heirloom Pansies, dreamy Poppies, Fritillaria, Blossoming Branches + a range of other lush foliages, and so much more - the ingredients are wide-ranging and truly breath-taking.

Every ingredient you see here was sourced and grown LOCALLY here in the northeast!Aside from the fruit and the almond (green fuzzy cuties that I just couldn’t resist) which came from Cali, everything I used in these designs was grown in CT or MA in late April. I can’t emphasize enough that *THIS* is why seasonal flowers are the way to go✨

I already have a few weddings on the books for next Spring but if you’re a couple getting married in April/May of 2027, I would love to explore what seasonal flowers can bring to your celebration! From Dutch Masters vibes to sweet delicate details, Spring blooms have something to add to every story✨

These pieces were all made sustainably and foam-free (as always) for the “Savor The Story” fundraising gala last week. It’s always such a joy to work in this beautiful space alongside the amazing team✨

Earth Day. Every Day.

K&T’s February wedding at The Vanderbilt, Auberge Collection is a study in how the details set the entire tone. It’s easy to imagine that a vibe is set by the stage alone. And trust me, The Vanderbilt is a truly incredible setting to host a wedding in (iykyk!) It is impactful and moving all on its own - no notes.

But a wedding is defined by much more than the setting itself. The reality is that the venue is just one of the countless thoughtful and intentional details that when compounded with a multitude of others, form a truly unforgettable experience.

When K first contacted me, she assigned a name to her theme that struck a chord with me: “The 5 Senses”. She wanted their wedding to simultaneously seep into and also envelop every person there so that they were filled with the same delight and adoration she felt for T ❤️

I took this assignment to heart and tried to meet her there with whimsical flowers, lush and sculptural fruit, and dancing candlelight. Then K showed up with her *stunning* asymmetrical champagne gown, timeless gloves (I’m beyond obsessed), and pearl-trimmed shoes that quietly echoed the button detail on the back of her dress. All of this while the Paper Moon Jazz Band transformed the ambient, romantic lounge into a Parisian-meets-New Orleansian street party that filled the soul. Oh and you cannot miss dress #2 (scroll through…✨)

35 guests. No detail left out. The coziest and most sensual vibes. And nothing but pure joy and love. Proof that your wedding can *and should* be whatever *you* want it to be and be absolutely unforgettable in every way✨✨✨

Happy Anniversary T&J!

1 year ago this weekend I delighted in flowering this romantic & thoughtful Brooklyn wedding with bold seasonal colors, sculptural Dutch-masters-inspired moments, and sweet nods to T’s pacific-northwest roots✨

As an added bonus, the bride and I once worked together flowering for other folks’ weddings, so that made creating the florals for her special day all the more magical for me❤️❤️❤️

Love this trend and decided to jump on as a one-person operation but also fellow human being. Seeing everyone’s childhood photos warms my heart and heals all of our inner children. Look how far we’ve gotten them. I think they would be proud 🤍

I had the impossible task of choosing which photos to share here and it was a real challenge (I know, woe is me.) Every moment captured by overflows with the warmth you could feel in this epic space on the November night P&J tied the knot. So naturally disarming and inviting, they made everyone in the room feel right at home and you could tell instantly that’s exactly what they do for eachother too❤️
