Today we celebrate Trevor's 2nd work anniversary with Mobile Pro! Trevor is our "jack of all trades" and can flexibly move into various positions as we need him to, but love having him as our systems engineer the most! You will not find someone as loyal and hard-working as Trevor. We are so blessed to have him on the Mobile Pro Team!

Mobile Pro is proud to support the Wiffle Ball World Series again this year! It has really been something to watch it grow over the years!

The event, which started in 2013, has raised more than $50,000 for VC area and local charitable causes through the years.

Four years ago in June, Mobile Pro lost Scott Lima--our colleague, our mentor, our friend, our buddy.

Yesterday, Brian Bestge started a new award at Mobile Pro in Lima's honor.

You see, Lima's mentorship grew our team in so many positive ways. He taught us to smile more, care more, laugh more, and love your people more. His legacy lives through all of us and "the Mobile Pro way."

If you ever worked with Lima (aka best "tight follow" ever) and were on the coms before a show, you were sure to hear a "Don't Suck" right before going live. It was his "loving" way of helping you to rise and be your best self, especially when under the pressure of live production. It was an especially good day if you got praise from him after a show for doing just that--not sucking!

"The Lima--You Didn't Suck" Award is presented to a member of the Mobile Pro team nominated by a peer for demonstrating "Lima-like" qualities and commitment to going above and beyond and "not sucking" in client success, making others feel good, leading by example, or pushing beyond what is expected.

Our very first "Lima" award was given to Trevor Erickson, our Systems, Engineering and Installation Specialist.

He was nominated by Scott Loerch, our Video Lead, for showing incredible leadership last week while managing an install at WeFest all while maintaining important video elements/equipment for executing a successful Red River Valley Fair run. Trevor was "in his element" and did it all with a can-do, positive attitude--one that would have made Lima proud.

Always be like Lima and "Don't Suck."
