​There is nothing quite like unwinding by the historic copper bar at the Sawmill Bar & Table, nestled inside Farm Road Estate in West Dover, Vermont. Our mixologists are shaking up artisan, speakeasy-inspired craft cocktails designed to capture the absolute best of the season.

​Whether you are settling in after a day exploring Mount Snow or joining us for an intimate farm-to-table dinner, our rotating seasonal drink menu pairs classic mixology with a distinct Vermont twist. Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave souls, the fallen heroes, and the countless families whose lives were forever changed on September 11, 2001.

​Here at Farm Road, surrounded by the quiet rhythm of the land and the simple strength of our community, we are reminded of what truly matters: resilience, unity, and showing up for one another in the hardest of times.

​Twenty-five years later, we carry the memory of that day with us—not just in sorrow, but in deep gratitude for the courage that shone through the darkest hours.

​May we never forget the lives lost, and may we continue to hold onto the spirit of togetherness that brought a nation through.
