I’m so excited to invite you to Connect 2 Rise’s very first community teen event — the Glow & Grow: Teen Self-Care Kit Giveaway on September 28, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 2594 E. Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91107!

As a mom and community advocate, I know how important it is for our teens to feel supported and cared for. That’s why we’re giving out FREE self-care kits valued at $45 to help them kick off the school year feeling refreshed. Each kit is filled with essentials like body wash, face cleanser, moisturizer, makeup brushes, toothpaste, journals, snacks, and more — because they deserve it.

And it wouldn’t be a celebration without food and fun, right? We’ll have pizza and games to enjoy while we all come together to support our teens. It’s more than just a giveaway — it’s a chance for them to connect, relax, and feel seen.

Let’s show our teens love as they kick off the school year in our communities across LA County.

Join Connect 2 Rise Inc. this Saturday and help teens ‘Glow and Grow’ by dropping off a self-care item at Connect 2 Rise Inc and spreading a little joy!

Our goal is to give away 100 self-care kits to teen boys and girls in September. Self-care is crucial for teens as it helps them manage stress, build resilience, and maintain mental and physical well-being.

Product and money donations will be accepted on Saturday!
