Wow! What a week! MCF was a success even though we were dealt several obstacles. The rain and mud was atrocious. It was only HOT the last 2 days so we were thankful for that. Thank you to ALL OF YOU who continue to come to us for your food. God has blessed us beyond measure! This is a very hard week. We put in very long hours doing what we do. But, I love to feed you! Thanks again for your support!

Due to the cancelation of food truck & music at the park, today I'm fixing Baked Steaks. You can order bulk, in a foil pan as many as you want. They will be ready by 4pm today, Sunday 7-19-26. No sides, steaks only, $5.00 each.

I tweaked my tried and true banana bread recipe to include sour cream. It resulted in a special twist that really changes a classic bread into something that'll wow people.
