Kicking it at the highest level with the ACC crew. Tour De trike was a success. We got blasted out of the second bracket, but turns out ya boi can't go 0-60 anymore. Let my team down but finished the race and it was a fun time. Watch out Brandywine Valley Heating & AC :) , we're coming for you next year. We cater weddings, corporate events, private parties, nonprofit galas, outdoor festivals, farm dinners, and everything in between. One day you might be smoking briskets, the next you're plating a 200-person wedding, running a carving station, or helping launch a food truck service.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, works well with others, and understands that hospitality is about making things happen—not making excuses.
🍽️ What You'll Do: ✔ Food production and station leadership
✔ Smoking, grilling, roasting, and live-fire cooking
✔ Banquet and wedding ex*****on
✔ Buffet, plated, and cocktail-style events
✔ Event setup, breakdown, and on-site cooking
✔ Inventory and product management
✔ Training and mentoring team members
✔ Maintaining food quality, consistency, and sanitation standards

Today we’re raising a fork to the people who fed us, guided us, loved us hard, and somehow still managed to keep it all together. That’s real talent.

Mine is Named Carol and she has always been a source of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and if that isn't the benchmark for what a parent is idk. Slow-cooked, smoky, tender, and just the right amount of messy, because let’s be honest, brisket should never be too polite.
