Today we traveled to Vernon, VT for the annual Summer BBQ Competition. This competition has three categories: appetizer, chicken and ribs.

Our results from today:
1st place appetizer : smoked cheeseburger sliders
1st place chicken: cornish hens
2nd place ribs: baby back ribs
Overall: Grand Champion

We put our new Humphrey's Smokers to the test today and it definitely did not disappoint!
