The bathrooms at the Community Center are officially closed…which is okay, because the building is empty this week. 😉
We’ve got a couple big events and some exciting new updates coming soon, so it’s time to bust out the paint and get to work!

The next blood drive will be in November, and by then we’ll probably wish it were this warm!

Stop by and visit us at the ball diamond concession stand this afternoon for a snack and some popcorn. And!!! You can support the Community Center by buying rubber ducks. Who knew???
We have 800 ducks for sale, and when they’re gone, they’re gone. Ducks are sold in bags of 5/10/15/20, and you can buy as many as you’d like.
Throwing will be at 6:30, weather permitting.
Everyone will throw at the same time, so get your cameras ready…🐤🐤🐤🐤🐤🐤🐤🐤

Of course you’ll be in Wesley for the 4th. The 4th of July doesn’t even exist outside of Wesley, does it?
Come see us at the little concession stand by the ball diamond, buy a bag of ducks or two, and get yourself a snack and a drink.
{I don’t wanna brag, but I make really good popcorn.}

I need to throw out a few (giant) thanks to some folks…
💡Thank you to the last Wedding Party for hanging all of the ceiling lights for me. It was so beautiful that I cried real tears.
💡Thank you to Daisy for re-hanging said beautiful lights when I mistakenly tried to shut the curtain between the rooms and knocked them down.
🍻💪🏼🍻Thank you to my faithful firemen friends for disassembling the “back bar” and taking it to its new home. That sucker had to be a beast to move!
I hope it is happy at its new location!

Well, hello!!
Just wanted to put a few things the building will be doing as fundraisers on your radar. 😉

First: We’re bringing back The Wesley Flyers…in shirt form, anyway. I’m hoping to have some options to show you as far as styles and colors go soon. Stay tuned!
Second: The Community Center will be doing a “Chuck A Duck” contest on the 4th at the ball field. Time tbd. 🐤🐤🐤
