Dr. LJ Rose will be at the Riverview Branch (Hillsborough County) library on Saturday, June 13 presenting Raw Fusion Living ∞ The Art Of Delicious Nutrition. The program will cover all aspects of living a raw foods lifestyle, including how to have a health conscious mindset, how to create healthy alternatives to your favorite dishes, dealing with cravings, and the four cornerstones of raw fusion. The program starts at 2 p.m. and will include recipe samples for attendees to try including this Flourless Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Coulis.
